When did my job become babysitting the younger Death Eaters? You are all adults. Please act like one. If you people have not noticed, I am attempting to run a country here. Not to mention, let me spell this out for you. The Dark Lord & his Inner Circle do not care about who you sleep with and whether or not such a thing is kosher. We have so many more important things to do than change your nappies and feed you your bottles.

None of you are essential to this mission. No one. That includes the three of you who are involved in this idiotic mess and the rest of us as well. The same goes for the Inner Circle. We fulfill vital roles but the Dark Lord can find someone to replace us at any time should he please.

Please do not go above your rank and insult people. That is a surefire way to get tortured. Also, do not come to us with such petty squabbles. All that does is make us question why the Dark Lord chose you to join his ranks. But the reality of this is that you must avoid the Dark Lord coming to that conclusion or your time on this earth will come to a sudden end. At that point, no one will be able to save you. Because none of us will stick our necks out for anyone who has acted out to that level.

Auror Moody's suggested changes are fair. However, I think one more is in order. My conscience keeps telling me that I hope to irritate Moody by doing this but the truth of the matter is that given the Dark Lord's guidance, Xavier is truly the right man for this task. Now I must determine how to paint this after the controversy surrounding the killing of that Mudblood. Selwyn did his job, I will do mine, the Dark Lord will accomplish victory for the purebloods, and the victorious shall write the history books. How splendid will be the praises due us!

A new age is dawning. One in which the English population will not have to fear BOMB nor the Death Eaters. Soon I trust that our shores will be safe to raise our children again with no fear of repercussion based on the blood status of our parents. One day, England will be the beacon of security once again. Now we must simply reach that goal. If we all work together, it is achievable.

This is a brilliant office. Nice and spacious not to mention very private. Not that my last one was not but still this is about as peaceful as one can get in this place. To think I have my own floor devoted to my needs and wants. Hmm...speaking of what I want, where is that new secretary I hired? Bagnold's aide would likely have done fine but I am a firm believer in picking out my own assistants. I have this new refreshment cabinet in here too. This is wonderful.

About my restructuring plan, Crouch as DMLE head was like a bloody accident waiting to happen. Thank Merlin I was able to rid the office of him at the least. Besides that, Head Auror Moody was just as qualified as Head Hitwizard Griffiths but Moody also killed Evan. So there was no way I would ever want to deal with him as a department head. The rest are small scale changes. Cornelius wanted to get greedy I think. He tried to make a power grab for the DMLE head but I quickly reminded him that if he would have sided with Ogden, he likely would have gained very little on the tangible side. Either way Fudge, while slightly irritating, should prove an easier person to work with than his predecessor. Meanwhile, Susan and I go a long way back. I am not worried about her in the slightest.

England was calm this morning. It must be the proverbial calm before the storm. I wonder how our collective outlook shall appear in the next few days.

I think I may need a new secretary. This latest one has no concept on how to make a palatable pot of tea. I have no idea why anyone should find that difficult to achieve.

To think that the Minister has been ruling two months now and she has accomplished next to nothing tangible. What a sobering thought for those who support her.

I believe that I have waited nearly long enough. Should I make the trip in a day or stop over in Kyev for a reunion with my family? Or would people suspect I had done something if the bloke disappears when I just happen to be out of town? I guess I shall make the journey in a day and then return so I can manage the damage control if there is to be any. I trust that I shall have covered my tracks sufficiently.

On another note, we need to find a way to crush these terrorists. This tit for tat is not working. That is plain for anyone to see.

This warm stretch of temperatures has been very uplifting to the soul. I have enjoyed riding my horse across our estate. If only the cold will leave early for once this year.

Some people BoMB need a reality check. Yesterday's Auror graduation was a culmination of all that is right. The ceremony at which protesting occurred is not a display of something to be opposed but rather something to be embraced. Increased numbers of English Aurors will enhance security and assist us in realizing what we could have only dreamt about a century ago: a peaceful society that knows no distinctions between blood statuses.

My foreign counterparts have been asking me about them and their ability to protest without check for some time now. What are we supposed to do, Mirov - crush them? Do you want a full-scale revolt on your hands? Maybe that is how you Russians do it but the English Ministry approaches our civilians with a little more respect.
